putting everyone my name is jomi and sweet oh thanks for taking time out of your day to join us the next 30 minutes or so we’re going to be talking about what’s new in sight line aka cloud sweet industrial version nine zero 0.30 as usual we’ve got a mixed audience made up of customers as well as those considering sight line perhaps as part of a an ERP evaluation so for the latter group this presentation is going to focus on just the latest enhancements this is not meant to serve as a full product overview so I just thought it’d clarify that up front for those interested we’re glad to talk about additional follow up which could include a full sight line overview for you our speaker today is Warren Smith Warren brings over 25 years of industry experience and has been with gatlin and previously within for for 10 years now so folks as we go through the presentation we invite you to send us your questions related to what you’re seeing this morning you can do that by simply sending them through the GoToMeeting chat panel and then I will rebuild off as we have a time of question and answer at the end right after the presentation so at this time I’d like to turn things over to Warren hey Thank You Jo and good morning everyone well we’ve got a tremendous amount to cover this morning version 930 introduced a number of different areas and as you can see here and by the way there are a couple of handouts that are posted on the on the site here some of those handouts include the detailed presentation here so you know you don’t need to take notes you don’t need to try to read this here I had this special font made it’s called squint Oh font because there was so much to carry on one page I had to print it very very small so with that what we’re going to do is we’re going to cover a number of different areas here I’m going to cover the high points of things that we can do in an hour here and as Joe mentioned here probably you know if you see some things here that really liked your light your fire here on some areas that will go in a lot deeper you can review the handouts etc associated with this so again a tremendous amount of areas that we’re going to cover here I’m going to be doing this as a combination of powerpoints as well as life’s off we’re here to show you a little bit about what we’re going to cover here so the first thing first air I want to cover here is report templates and report templates now have been set up so that there’s typically two to three maybe four different versions of report templates that ship with the software here so that instead of saying gee I’ve got to you know I have to create my custom report you know the first thing you want to do is maybe look and see are there some variations of the their report templates that are a better starting point for you and some of this was done for the SAS model to make the the rollout faster here and but the idea is here is we want to try to get more out-of-the-box report templates created for you that fits your business better and so basically where these are going to cover is the order entry parameters purchasing accounts receivable and accounts payable and what I’m going to do is I’m going to just jump right over to the the software here and show you how you would select these here so we take a look at for example in the purchasing parameters now underneath you’ve got general you’re going to have a new tab under the parameters for each of these you got order entry purchasing and such and it’s as simple as selecting you know do I want the standard report do I want a simple report do I want a detail report so what kind of gives you a simple way to do this take a look in the parameters area and that’s where you’ll find these these various selections here so being able to take a look again order entry purchasing accounts receivable and accounts payable which would be where those are at and being able to take a look very quickly at those next next topic I want to cover here and it is the advanced planning and scheduling and advance planning it’s schedule we’ve made a number of changes to make advance planning and scheduling a lot more robust a lot more capable of running across multiple sites as well as what we did was we took advantage of the 64-bit capabilities of current operating systems now and so you know now your ear where the planning and scheduling databases and and the that in-memory environment can run up to the four terabyte 64-bit limit which is significantly larger than where it was before we started fighting this with some of our larger customers that were running very large number of part SK use and you know we’re having some you know perhaps some performance issues so something definitely take a look out

there in that area as well along with APs there is now an item’s bottleneck report and you know what one be able to do is start taking a look and saying you know what items are creating ApS bottlenecks so being able to take a look at that I’m gonna go into the form here in just a moment but you know what was enhanced there’s you know one to be able to run this by buyer wanted more information on those delayed demands and wanted to have a form that was more interactive than running a report so you know being able to filter on you know purchase manufacturer transferred filter on the buyer and being able to take a look at that and as well there is also a new material constraint form they had a quantity supply ID supply date estimate and such to the detail tab so I’m going to just jump into the item bottlenecks form right now and we’ll just take a quick walk through that so we take a look at the item bottlenecks form will open that up here real quick and so basically being able to you know be able to do some filtering take a look at the item bottlenecks being able to take a look at the demand being able to take a look at all of the supply information such like that so now we can start seeing what is the specific delay that is being caused by a particular item and being able to step through all different items as we step through here to see what what is the bottleneck here so really starts giving a little bit more proactive ability to manage those items that you know would typically be on your hot list for APS at that point and again being able is to do the typical searching on you know take a look at you know what by or am I here of being able took a look just an item or even by-product code so really being able to slice and dice some information a little bit better than what you had been able to do before with the with that form just going to close these other other ones down there so kind of gives you a little bit of an idea there on on what the item bottleneck report form capability is and that’s bear with me here I’m going to do a little housekeeping on my screen here alright so yeah with that we’ve covered covered the item bottleneck report and being able to take a look at the various sourcing etc and such now we also made some changes in ApS administration and you know this is this is a little more technical here but being able to make this a little bit more friendly for those folks that are running for example in a distributed environment where you may not have access to that utility server perhaps it’s an assasin vironment perhaps in a hosted environment so well you know you really need to be able to start accessing the APS from a form keeping everything within sight line and makes Management a whole lot easier really starts empowering folks to manage the APS capabilities without having to drill back or have access into the technical side of the the server itself so being able to do this all within a sightline form some new action menus there have been added to the APS sites and alternative management forms one for the planner one for the schedule let’s use a reset the system status etc being able to set up the configuration of gateway service utilities to set those up a little bit differently background tasks for APS we sync all has been enhanced and a number of other areas in the and the APS administration as well so some good things in that ApS administration to really to focus on this and make this product really run even better as well so that’s a little bit about EPS and let me just pop in back over to the software here and what we’ll do is let’s just walk through any of the other rap so I mentioned the the APS sites being able to take a look at your ApS sites being able to have access now to your service name the planner databases and such being able to control those services starting and stopping them without having being a technical wizard here being able to manage the alternatives of being able to have your showing your different planner databases and such like that at that point as well as any remote sites as well so what especially for those folks that are managing in a multi-site environment this I think will bring some nice value to you and you know makes makes the administration a whole lot easier at that point now a big area that has been changed here is lots of financial enhancements and many of these financial

enhancements have been done to support our customers that you know may be their primary businesses here in the US but they’ve now been doing business in Europe or they’ve now set up a facility in China being able to manage those facilities as well because you know what we’re finding is even small and mid-sized companies here you’ve got some you’ve got some presence outside the US and being able to support that so especially things like the the the SEPA format updates for of electronic funds transfers for Europe there’s some things in the area of the golden tax for China etc I’ve left a lot of that in the detail section because it really would make sense only for a very selected few of you here but I wanted to cover a lot of the major areas as well here the notch of changes here identify corporate vendors for example I mentioned the golden tax system Singapore tax various bank statement updates with bods through ap that handle foreign foreign bank statements as well cancellation posting and separate totals for debits and credits withholding tax etc so let start with chargebacks first and chargebacks which you know have been around since there versions of nine but enhancements have been set up to make this a lot more flexible and being able to add the pending status to a chargeback because what we found was they were you know when you create a chargeback it could either be approved or denied well that didn’t necessarily cover while it was being approved or denied and if you wanted to set up for example some workflows to better manage this so now we have the pending status added to chargeback so it makes it for a nicer approval process as well invoice number is now in a required field and a denied chargebacks creates the the CB invoice instead of a debit memo so a little bit of enhancement there at this point for this one here I’m just going to show you a quick screenshot before we wrap chargebacks and that would be under the AR quick payment application chargebacks button you can start seeing the here’s your remaining information here customer took the charge back at that point and then that begins a pending status which then can go through a approval process at that point a little bit there some bank account format changes here again this is more along the lines to enhance foe meeting various global requirements again being able to do business anywhere in the world and I’m the bank reconciliations form vendors and customers we added the bank name transit number and account number for example in the two areas we did that in the order verification order invoice credit memo customer statements and purchase orders so what some nice nice enhancements there to support more of electronic banking more of the you know getting away from the old methods of banking with paper at that point AP & GL bank reconciliations AP bank reconciliations here enhancements have been done such as you know initially it was the oldest transactions were displayed first you need to you know we’d have to do some filtering that specific data etc so now what we did is we changed the sort option to display from the most recent bank transactions first and that way you can work that through so a little change on that transaction date there so little usability issue make a little bit easier for you to use at that point in the chart of account allocations another area in finance that we made some changes here some pretty significant changes in the the the chart of account allocations here so what and in the past here the account allocations only supported percentages of allocations and you’d have to go back and manually think about you know making sure everything he added up to a hundred percent it was only split 50-50 it wasn’t a big deal but you know perhaps you had split it maybe four four four two more ways or such four six ways and so you you know you need to be able to manage those and and you would what we heard was folks want to have a little more flexibility in making those allocations instead of just by percentage so what we did is what we said was okay we’re going to give you the capability of giving you the percentages as you did but will also allow for fixed amounts and the what we did is with basically added the last allocation must be remainder so if you didn’t want to do the math and especially if you had you know six different ways you did it just set the last the out static a Shinto remainder and mathematically we’ll figure it out what’s up where I’ll figure it out at that point pretty straightforward there let me just

pop in to what I think I did have a financial allocations here and so no we just I just let that one on the on the PowerPoint there in order to save some time I had to pull some pull some things out of here and make sure that this all finished in a reasonable amount of time here so because we figured there was going to be some questions now big issue here was ledger dimensions for analysis you familiar with the unit codes you had for unit codes in the past for for segmentations what we found was that customers wanted to get a lot more analysis so being able to divide and slice and dice up the the ledger we included the the capability for dimensions and basically these are user definable analysis dimensions for all your ledger transactions taking it from the floor up to now 15 additional attributes and these are fully configurable and an updatable at this point so now being able to take this 215 you really can start slicing and dicing the ledger SIG much more much more depth much more detail than you would would have had before and being able to slice this up and dice this up exactly how you want it and by the way this information now also can be pulled into calcloud suite bi so being able to pull that information in for analysis wherever you might want to what to take it what we also did was making sure that for those of you who are using the excel financial report writer which is probably one of the most useful tools for writing your reports being able to create your your various end-of-month documentation for you know being able to build your statements using the excel financial report writer we’ve got that now set up to handle that through the where you can pull the dimensions in there as well so being able to pull those dimensions into the Excel report writer being able to start really now slicing and dicing that information in Excel using these dimensions as well so really a great way to do this at that point as well and where this shows up now is if you go into Excel you’ll find the infor clouds we’ve add in to excel and just like you had the GL helper in the past at the report wizard you now have this new chart of accounts dimensions so being able to take a look and slice and dice it based on that as well so some really nice things in there to to pull that down so being able to take a look at the account code you now have the dimension that you can pull in and again being able to take a look at all these selected attributes as a matter of fact there’s probably believe there are some additional attributes as well that we have pulled over to to start pulling information and so now thinking about you know how do I take my account code now I can start taking a look at you know if I have entered things like my customer type my customer sales people my customer s I see codes territory code zip codes so really being able to to present my financials in a much more analytical method by using dimensions extremely powerful what I’ve seen in the past is that dimensions oftentimes were only in you know the very largest of ERPs to ERP such as you know erp ln or you know customers that came from oracle or s AP well now you’ve been given this buddy inside of sightline to be able to have dimension true dimensional analysis so really you know being able to play up there with the the big boys here and then of course the output here in excel based on the to various dimensions that you’ve taken look at here and being able to pull the numbers and pull the transactions accordingly so extremely powerful you know and thinking about what a lot of folks do is they use this the excel tool here to support there exist additional personal reporting for their business and now you’ve got that capability as well in addition the excel Report Writer now also supports currency translation something it didn’t do before so being in the past we could only produce the reports in domestic currency now you can produce your you know your P&L and balance sheets in any currency you want so being able to do the translations and any currencies that are active in sightline about being able to transfer those into and pull those into excel for further analysis so what we’ve done is we’ve really made that tool a lot more powerful being able to

pull everything live and keep in mind that always is live into Excel and and use that accordingly so some good stuff there we get down into the the notch of electrons transfers for corporate vendors so some enhancements here additional file formats or additional formats for EFT now we do we also support the what’s known as the CCD function or CCD file format gas concentration and disbursement format again giving you more more capabilities more functionality for electronic funds transfer I have mentioned golden tax just going to touch on that just briefly here for those that do business in China or if you have a subsidiary in China that you’ve got to report to you know that you’ve had you’ve got to deal with gold and tax we now support that as part of the China country pact and so being able to manage the presentation of your financials for China which in the past have been a bit of a challenge so we’ve cleaned that clean that up at that point some cancellation postings last one on Finance will touch on here being able to enhance it again this is for some countries specific requirements here of maintaining maintaining cancellation postings for a our credit memos and such like that so that’s a little bit about Finance there again in the handouts there the full full detail presentations are in there to cover all of that information in much more detail versus just this the overview and synopsis here that I’m going to be covering or that I’ve covered the next piece I’m going to touch on is Human Resources some nice additions to Human Resources and I’m really starting to bring in the capability of managing your most important asset your people in your company and being able to have a much better view of their of their employee records we’ve enhanced the oh pardon me they forms a former employee master employee category status I did some nice enhancements around injuries hopefully we never had injuries or you never have injuries but when you do have them obviously you want to be able to make sure that everything’s been taken intact to keep you out of out of court things like adjusting date of hire and tax and filing changes head of household etc I’m going to cover the process manager that last line from the bottom there that is something that is extremely powerful tool here and I’ll cover that a little bit more detail here but first it’s been rolled out for HR but it’s going to be used throughout the the sight line product for handling many of these roll call soft processes that occur such as onboarding of a person so well matter of fact what we’ll do is we’ll cover we’ll just jump right into the process manager here and process manager it’s an inherent tool that is inside of core of CSI core sight line we rolled it out to where HR because there were so many of these type of soft practices here such as onboarding where it wasn’t necessarily something that you know was a very very specific process that would be followed but it was a process that had to have a number of actions taken and be able to make sure everything was covered so what we did was we created the system that allowed you to build templates of the process what needed to be done you know was it filing of this particular document was it emailing to a person except for so you’re starting to see some things like event management that pokes its head through there but it’s really beyond just event management and beyond the workflows so being able to make sure that all the tasks are done at that point and there aren’t there’s a new there’s a whole series of new forms around the process manager starting with process manager being able to create various tasks that are done creating these templates what is the template template pops up and you get to create the template as far as what information you want you want to manage here and then all of the activities that go on in order to bring someone on and as those are done as they’re passed around the organization here or maybe it’s even out to the employee they can mark the status is complete etc so the first thing that you’d want to do is create what type of process that you’re wanting to manage you know these are things like annual review at a request medical leave new employee kickoff HR task to to create a new employee onboarding etc off-boarding if you get rid of them various pre hire etc so we started creating some of these process templates here and the next thing you’ll do is after you’ve set that up you’re going to set up the tasks what needs to be done and this type of task here this is just

a to do you know it’s a welcome email what is the task as far as dates and be able to use that as well to set up the tasks you’ll create the template what is the template look like what information do I have to collect at that point to create a template next thing you’re going to do is create the process and this is where it starts kicking off some of the the background the tasks or I should state creates and lot of models this as far as what needs to be done to create a process so assigning an employee sign a due date assign a task and save it once you do that that’ll kick off in motion the the process at that point then basically initiating it is making it active and that will start the process at that point and kick that all off and that process is going to be running various people be notified various documents we pulled together etc so using a lot of the event management behind the scenes and once everything’s done you know if you’re the controller of that process you get to mark the tasks complete and it’s removed from your taskbar so well it gives you some capabilities there the idea here is to be able to start using this not only for HR it can be used for any processes within the business so for example maybe its new item introduction maybe it’s uh adding a new vendor maybe it’s adding a new customer so anything that you’re going to be doing here that requires tasks to be done it’s kind of another layer on top of the functionality of the event management workflow you know which we’re very technically oriented this tends to start building it into a more human understandable workflow and such another nice thing we’ve added here is the employee self-service employee self-service which by the way there are now a there is now an employee license employee type user that’s a really it’s a relatively inexpensive way to get employees into sightline they have some capability of now interacting with the software winter acting with the rest of the full sightline users but basically they would be you know typically this would be used on a shop floor maybe it’s in a break room a kiosk that an employee would go up to maybe it’s just being able to have them remotely sign-in depending on how your network is set up but they’ll have a their employee page being able to interact with HR being able to have various documents that you can place with them being able to ask for time off and approve time off by a supervisor being able to take a look at their reward chart insurance information basically anything that they would be typically contacting HR at a manual fashion now they can start doing with the employee self-service form it’s all delivered via the web makes it much more much easier to communicate with your employees for some of my customers already that have started looking at this and using this they found it very useful to be able to communicate with their their shop floor folks you know they’ve taken for example maybe all 300 other shop floor folks brought them into the employee portal and it’s gotten rid of a tremendous amount of paper and delays and community and confusion that typically would you know management would have to deal with for things such as just time off capabilities so you know most of your employees now on the shop floor they’re computer literate they’re they like dealing with this they like being able to see things right and black and white there and write on the form and be able to present that so what does this look like here again they get their own home page here typically they’re set up in these 6-pack type information here a ways to communicate with it they can pull their paycheck information up if you’re running you know payroll being able to get time off various company announcements etc and those can be drilled down into particular areas further now that’s very seeing team members grabbing time off than their own links as well being able to reach out and contact HR and get a response back be able to communicate with them for example if they’ve got documents one of my customers here is a in the aerospace business so being able to present certification documents and such for them they’re using this to present a lot of those important documents that the employee needs to read make sure that they have contact with might be MSDS sheets might be safety data or safety information etc at that point being able to handle their rug requesting of time off now they can start taking a look at their calendar their supervisor then can take a look at the entire calendar and make sure that the supervisor you know still has adequate workforce and staffing within a group before they approve the time off so being able to

work with this in a simple way here being able to take a look at their performance reviews as well on top of that so really being able to communicate a lot a lot better with their customer or with your with your employees as well being able to take a look at their their details here so it stops a lot of the the manual steps back to HR hopefully freeing HR up to maybe do some more employee development so a little bit about HR there and let me just pop over here to my software here and make sure we’re covering we’re gonna get in to pick pack ship here in just a minute we covered the selectable forms and good okay good now I just wanted to double check myself here so moving on to pick pack shift now for those of you know there’s a number of different ways inside of shipping to you have choices inside of a sight line specifically I’m going to be working around the pick pack and ship using the shipment master using also talking about how factory track warehouse mobility plays into the the picking and packing processes here and how we’ve made some really nice enhancements and by the way there’s going to be even more enhancements in version 9 one for picketing pick pack and ship so some nice things to look at but this can get you started here and get you moving so what we’re going to be also we’ve made some changes to here is for ASNs if you recall in earlier versions there was the requirement to create delivery orders added a level of additional work that was required and complexity we would reduce that and get rid of that need for delivery orders Freight miscellaneous charges are now added in their consolidated invoicing enhancements a number of things like shivaya defaults for a customer order makes the shipping a whole lot easier being able here’s one of my favorites being able to unship a shipment so you know you gotten everything done it’s ready to go out the door and you find out and the customer says we’re going to come pick it up or no I really needed you to break this thing down differently we now have the ability to unzip a shipment great great way great time saver here packaging information so we added some additional packaging capabilities the ability also now to handle containers as part of the shipping process comes into play here we’re starting to do a lot more with containers and starting to utilize that as well so if we take a look at the logic flow here the flow of how you would go through and create a shipment here you know your you know your typical order information and as well as you’re afraid of miscellaneous charges that all goes on the customer order header you’d go through the pic workbench and create your picks and based on those picks are going to be you know what is due for example today or what is do over the next couple of days you’ll create your picks you’ll go through a pick confirmation and by the way if you’re doing the the warehouse mobility on the scanner that is actually a process that is taken care of when you do the scan so basically you know work off your pick list and the pick list is displayed in the scanner so a lot of my customers that have some you know any decent sized warehouse they use the scanners they have the pick list right there the pick list is pretty much walking right through what to pick they you can pick it and that automatically confirms it at that point if it’s a simple order at that point let’s say just you know a you picked an item it’s going to be yep you can go directly into the ship and master create the shipment directly from the pick list pretty much a single single click at that point but what the system does now is it sums up all that Freight and miscellaneous charges from the customer orders and also on the pick list there so it really rolls all that up together makes the all that those freight charges that were entered at the customer order header to be taken care of so what that does is it reduces the need for your shipping clerks to have to know all of that information you know because really the put the folks out there and shipping and worked in an area that we did a lot of fairly high-volume shipping we were shipping two or three truckloads a day and I only had a couple of shipment folks so you didn’t want them bogged down with a lot of additional Freight calculations and making their job and harder keep this guys out there on the floor simple there’s an additional tab now in the shipment master for charges you can pop that up there we also have now the capability of generating an enhanced consolidate invoice generation here you know so being able to do some nicer things there most of us using the existing logic but there are some nice enhancements there at that point there’s the you know update the consolidated invoice workbench you know added the the new charges for rough the freight charges etc and roll that and close that back out so pretty straightforward but we try to simplify the process and again

as I said there’s even going to be more whether that’s going to be coming into play here with the with nine one so again mention the consolidated shipments here consolidated invoice generation and such that was done let me go pop over here and take a look at some of the things that we mentioned the consolidated invoice workbench here I’ll pop that up real quick just to let you see that and being able to take a look at the consolidated invoice workbench it here you will have charges the additional lines etc for that so you know nothing too exciting there but some some nice things when we get down to containers here and in touch on containers but being able to have a container that now has a usage reference of shipping so being able to have a container that can be used for shipping where you can take multiple containers and place them for example onto a full truckload so basically being able to scan those containers onto a completed multiple shipments together being able to pull those together in a much easier fashion in the bin in the past year to build up full full truckloads so now we have this concept of usage reference usage project we have now have shipments as well nice little addition into the containers area also look for some additional enhancements in containers when we get to nine one as well here for just a second touch on package types here added the additional capabilities to carry some additional information such as weight length height with packaging weight for a package type and you know what this can be used for as well not only for shipping defaults and shipping information but you know there’s no reason why you couldn’t do some of your own little modifications and personalizations to start utilizing that for example for some more stock-keeping type of information as well for your package and package types mention the unship shipment transaction is pop that form up here being able to very simply take a look at something that has been shipped and basically pull up the the information and unship a shipment that has been set up as well and processed that out as well so new form their base form and let’s just touch on the shipment master ship master here as a couple of additional fields in it if you haven’t used this before being able to manage all of your charges here so miscellaneous charges being able to make some adjustments here if you so desire this would have pulled it off from the customer order at the top the header but being able to add additional information associated with that as well now so but on the shipment master for a couple of other things here in the shipping area here ship client defaults being able to now the ship via code of the customer order line defaults to the lines so being able to simplify that dropping the packaging default information here being able to present that information as well on the packaging information so number of enhancements there in the in the parameters for packaging being able to also have inside of the inventory parameters a shipment weight unit of measure you know as a default if you don’t want to use the fall you don’t have to but it’s there and being able to have mention packaged pallet you know package types being able to create the information there as well we now also inside of the item master being able to take that unit weight field and being able to roll that through and push that through into shipping so that being able to reduce the amount of work that has to be done at shipping to calculate weights at such like that pack confirmation nice change here on the form of being able to add this and there have this visible now in a cascaded view of being able to take a look at you know here’s my total weight of my pack as I’m building it up being able to build up my individual containers and such and being able to display that also of what’s what’s the hierarchy of your pack at well and being able to also remove from a package and to a package etc so merge and unmerge as well some some nice additional capabilities there on that shipment master also being able to have that cascaded information of all the packages that are associated with that notice we’ve got two packages on total weight and we can see exactly what was in those two packages so a little bit more visibility at that point mentioned the container shipping here being able to take a look at being able to use those containers to build up the full

container methodology as well so some enhancements they’re getting down into some miscellaneous enhancements here a couple things that really stand out is for those that are using the or looking at using the customer portal or the vendor portal no longer do we require SharePoint this is a great cost savings to you because SharePoint in the past would have to be licensed from Microsoft many cases would have to be licensed in that enterprise or unlimited version because you didn’t know how many customers or vendors that you were going to have we have done away with that and it is now directly using the database itself we’ve used our own infor technology we’ve added the email interface improvement and the big thing here is simplifying the real time designer simplifying because we got rid of that SharePoint capability the designer for designing the web pages is a lot simpler a lot easier to use we’ve added some additional credit card gateways and such so some nice things there again the SharePoint being removed here being able to do the whole thing inside of the database itself and it makes it a lot more intuitive to see how the data is being pulled from site line which runs through the intelligent data objects and being able to really manage the building up those portals a whole lot easier changing the designer here so that you know being able to to design the the pages to really do exactly what you want you know much more of a look and feel that develop this in something that’s a whole heck of a lot easier than it was in the past here so it makes it much more friendly and easier to deploy we’ve also added this MPOs gateway so now you’ve got in addition to the teak gate and in tricks we’ve got send posts so additional credit card gateways and by the way that credit card gateway is also now supported inside of the traditional credit card processing as well I’m getting down to last couple of things here as we start rolling together some additional miscellaneous enhancements here resource sequencing being able to set up the resource sequencing form here a little bit easier there’s now a sort button takes you directly to the resource sequencing sort setup form so in the planning and scheduling of resources as well now the last thing we’ve got here is a new start form and this is available by the web and it’s a way to have users basically when the system greets them in the morning to be able to grab this start form but think about it like a six-pack chart form here but they can grab on those take a look at exactly what’s going on and open their KPIs launch various cell forms etc from this so a little bit of ways to make this thing work a little bit easier for users here’s typically what it might look like you know we’ve got good old Dale here and being able to have this form being able to click on these and drill back very very simply and you know being able to grab it so it’s kind of that layer ahead of the home pages and such but makes it quite nice there so there’s pop over here and see if we didn’t cover anything else here I think we covered under entry parameters package types yeah let me cover a couple of additional forms here and these are some really nice forms these 360 forms that have been added because what we found was that customers wanted to have more of a view tell me everything that’s going on with a vendor or customer or an item so we created these easy to use navigate forms and for example on our customer 360 brand new form here being able to take a look at my company you know what’s the overview being able to grab my details at this point by the way drilling back down making the changes etc taking a look at credit information so moving more from the tabular the horizontal tabular process is more into this easy to navigate process so we’ve got these available for the customer 360 we’ve got them available for the employee 360 will let us pull the employee 360 up as well because that’s kind of a nice one to pull up here here what we find is it makes a whole lot easier to navigate these this data in this information if you’ve got it set up in these 360 forms because folks are much more adept to looking at this information now in a single page here being able to take a look at their profile being able to for example pop their dependents up here emergency contacts being able to take a look at

their various awards for example that they’ve had here skills information at that point being able to take a look at remember we talked to we took a look at injuries being able to take a look at injuries at that point in creating various new information associated with it if they were injured being able to take a look at all their direct deposit and pay information so that’s a little bit about the employee 364 if I grab the item 360 form I’m 360 form again gives you a little different way of looking at items being able to get to information faster quicker and with more accuracy so being able to take a look at the product the product overview various details notes and documents that are associated with it various cost and and prices and price information grabbing your sales your estimates your customer orders all the way through being able to grab that information as well now one of the things I wanted to also show you is what’s called new form here called the document lifecycle and I believe it’s called customer ordered document life cycles we’re also starting to move more towards a document flow that gives you the capability of saying you know I just want to take a look at I knew my customer order was an AP number here and it will show me all the related documents to that so for example being able to take a look at my customer order DC 106 I took a customer order it resulted in shipments it resulted in an invoice and it resulted in a payment so being able to take a look at all the Associated documents for example if this customer order have been tied directly to a job we would have seen the job here if this customer order started with an estimate we would have seen that the estimate at this point so these document lifecycle forms are going to become also a lot more popular now the document lifecycle there’s a customer order and a vendor purchase order document lifecycle but you’re going to see a lot more of those as well so kind of in conjunction with those 360 forms the document lifecycle form being able to have some really nice ways of getting to the data quicker faster and better than you’ve had in the past so you just take a quick walk through here and see if there’s anything else that I wanted to cover so with that that looks like for the most part some of the highlights that are in at 9:30 here of what we can cover in basically 50 minutes and with that Joe I’m going to turn it over to you for any additional questions that we have from our audience it’s Warren excellent job yeah we have actually a few questions the first one is is the process man process manager limited to HR no it’s not as I mentioned there it will be and can be used across other functions again you build your process out to build your process template out so where I see it being used and we’re in for seed being you you know you creating a new item onboarding a new customer onboarding a new vendor you know if you’re bringing on a brand new vendor oftentimes there’s a number of steps for example maybe you’re going to be doing some vendor certification so can be used absolutely can be used there excellent the next question is what is the recommended version for SQL as well as the server required yeah prefer 2012 2012 is the latest and greatest what’s what we would prefer however a software can run on 2008 r2 and above 2012 is going to get you some additional capabilities and believe there’s some additional SQL capabilities as well you know Microsoft’s made their improvements and you know we try to take advantage of ever possible so you know if you’re doing a new installation doing a new upgrade it’s time to you know would go ahead and and pull the plug on it and get upgrade your database an operating system there’s 12 2012 but we do support if you’re in a crunch 2008 r2 with r2 thanks and folks as we read off these last couple you still have time if you’ve got a question fire it off through the GoToMeeting chat panel I’ll get it and read it off your your before we’re done the next one is Warren you said that ApS was improved does it take advantage of 64-bit memory and what is the operating system limit yeah yeah they it absolutely does Ted that was one of the big changes here is moving from the moving into the 64-bit environment here because I believe it gives you away the four terabytes or something along those lines you huge models now that can be done in memory so really being able to work with those if any of our

customers have very large ApS you know planning runs with many many many items this will really pop up and it’ll help you there next one we have a new site in China can you elaborate on the requirements for financials in China yeah bet that that one was one if you recall whoever asked that question they remember we talked about the golden tax requirement and that’s been one that’s been on the hit list for a long time because you’re doing business in China you must support the documentation for gold and tax and we do that now now that does require the China localization which chances are if you’re doing business in China you would have looked at the China localization as well but definitely yeah you know we now support that and make it an easier to do business in China and as well as you know other countries too that you know you are taking a look at the localizations yeah this is something that if you are doing business there inquire about the localization because you know when you’re doing business in Mexico whether you doing business in any of the other countries they’re those localizations will help you do they meet the financial requirements and those reporting requirements as well the last question just is in regards to having access to the recorded version of this presentation if we get a request to info at guideline com just shoot us an email we can send you a link to it but certainly we are going to have the recorded version of this available on our website and that will be up within 24 hours so just as an FYI for for all attendees and alongside of that warned actually I’ve got a not questions but a couple of hi compliments on the presentation in that it was very thorough and very helpful so I don’t mind passing those along to you even here while we’ve still got folks on the line well thank you thank you and I want to remind everybody that there are a couple of handouts that are on the site there and also on the infor support there’s also the detailed release notes for 9:30 there’s a couple presentations out there as well so you can get the you know if you saw some things in here that say hey you know this particular areas of interest to me and but I want to drill down into exactly you know what it does what it speeds and feeds are a lot of information out on the support sites are just you know 9:30 release notes as well as what we’ve got on our other handouts there look forward to having folks do the upgrade I think you’ll find it’s a nice improvement and you know stay current with sightline take advantage of its technology very few erps have that ability to take upgrades as easy as cyclin and you know you bought the product it’s something that take advantage of it and I think you’ll be happy and you know it’s what you pay for maintenance yep folks again we really appreciate you taking time from your busy day to spend spend this time with us if you’d like further information if you have additional questions please send them to us at info at godling comm be very happy to followup with you once again thank you for joining us and I hope everybody has a great day you
